Hot Beef Sandwich - Braised beef served on a hoagie roll, topped with house-made giardiniera, & mozzarella cheese. Served with fries.
Fried Oyster Po'boy - Fried oysters on a french baguette, served with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, & remoulade sauce. Served with fries.
Chicken Roulade - Sous vide chicken, fried, & served with mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, & chicken demi-glace.
