Whiskey Pork Chop - 14oz. frenched double bone pork chop, mashed potatoes, bacon smothered cabbage, & topped with a whiskey habanero bacon glaze.
Smothered KC Strip - 12oz. certified angus beef kc strip served with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, & a burgundy demi glaze.
Lobster Ravioli - Sautéed lobster served with seafood ravioli and topped with asparagus tips, sundried tomato, spicy tomato cream sauce, parmesan, a poached ½ lobster tail with gremolata, & a grilled lemon.
Jumbo Sea Scallops - Pan seared jumbo sea scallops served over a butternut squash risotto with sauteed spinach, champagne beurre blanc, & topped with pomme frites.
