Tuna Poke Bowl - Marinated ahi tuna served with sriracha noodles, korean cucumber, pickled carrot, edamame, avocado, pickled red cabbage, sriracha aioli, wontons, cilantro, sesame seed, and green onion.
Smothered Chopped Steak - 10oz grilled chopped steak served with mashed potatoes, green beans, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms and topped with burgundy demi glaze.
Dr. Pepper Burnt Ends - 8oz house smoked burnt ends served with green chile mac & cheese & coleslaw. Topped with dr. pepper bbq sauce & jalapeno cornmeal toast on the side.

Smothered KC Strip - 12oz. certified angus beef kc strip served with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, & a burgundy demi glaze.
Lobster Ravioli - Sautéed lobster served with seafood ravioli and topped with asparagus tips, sundried tomato, spicy tomato cream sauce, parmesan, a poached ½ lobster tail with gremolata, & a grilled lemon.
