In addition to Kansas City’s finest hand-selected steaks, diners can also enjoy an array of seafood, salads and side dishes. Signature dishes include the 40-ounce Long Bone Ribeye, served on a butcher block with homemade KC Chop House steak sauce and truffle fries, chimichurri and bearnaise on the side; the KC Chop House Burger, consisting of local wagyu beef, black truffle cheese, fried onions and bacon jam; and Prime Rib slow roasted and topped with house-made horseradish sauce and velvet au jus.
