With locations in Westport and Overland Park, Denver Biscuit Co. offers indulgent daytime dining as an element of the Atomic Cowboy experience. The $40 brunch menu is perfect for two, featuring a mimosa carafe along with a cinnamon roll and a selection of two biscuit-based entrees.
